Allowed Uses (What is Included)

Local Print & Physical Media: Up to 1,000 physical copies for local promotional materials (flyers, brochures, posters, event banners, or small local merchandise runs).

Single Product / Packaging: Small-scale commercial product packaging or branding with a strict limit of up to 1,000 units sold or produced.
License Scope & Limitations

Single Project: Covers usage for one specific project or product line.

Reach Threshold: Strictly capped at a maximum of 1,000 physical units or digital impressions.

Regional Distribution: Intended for local or single-country distribution.
Prohibited Uses (Requires Extended Commercial License or Explicit Approval)
To preserve the intrinsic value and intellectual property of original artworks, visual assets, and published titles:

Resale of Art or Derivative Works: Selling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or giving away the artwork—whether in its raw form or as a modified version (derivative work). This includes adding filters, changing colors, cropping, incorporating the image into a collage, or placing it within custom designs, graphics, or digital products intended for resale.

Template & Digital Stock Distribution: Including the artwork or any modified version of it in downloadable design templates (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, website themes, digital sticker sheets, or digital stock libraries).

International Publishing: Book covers, interior book illustrations, or magazine features intended for worldwide or multi-region distribution.

High-Volume Print & Merchandise: Any physical production run exceeding 1,000 units (t-shirts, art prints, greeting cards, or physical goods produced for retail).

Broadcast & Mass Media: Use in feature films, broadcast television, international streaming media, or mass-distribution advertising campaigns.

Audio Resale & Synchronization Libraries: Re-selling, sub-licensing, or submitting the raw audio files, stems, or music tracks to stock music libraries, sync licensing platforms, or content ID databases.

Derivative Audio Works: Editing, remixing, adding vocals/beats, or altering the frequency audio to create a new track intended for distribution or resale on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

Content ID / Copyright Claiming: Uploading videos or media containing the audio to platforms (like YouTube or social networks) and attempting to claim digital rights, register Content ID, or issue copyright strikes against others using the licensed work.
