Payments & Merchant of Record Disclosure
We offer multiple flexible payment methods:
- On-Site Checkout: Card payments and instant checkout for digital products, online courses, and media assets are processed via Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited or its affiliates), who acts as our Merchant of Record. When purchasing via Paddle, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy. Direct PayPal checkout is also available on-site.
- Off-Site Payment Options: Direct Bank Transfers are supported for South African (ZAR), UK (GBP), EU (EUR), Australian (AUD), and US (USD) bank accounts, alongside Bitcoin and off-site PayPal transfers.
Instructions for Direct Bank Transfers, Bitcoin, and off-site PayPal payments will be provided in your order confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as cleared funds are received.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times (Physical Items)
Physical products (such as original artworks) are carefully packaged and dispatched via reliable courier services:
- International Shipping: $70 flat rate (FedEx). Delivery typically takes 7 to 18 business days.
- South Africa Shipping: $12 flat rate (The Courier Guy). Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared and packed within 1 to 2 business days.
Note: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Physical Products & Original Artwork
Physical products are inspect-packed with care prior to shipping. If you experience any issues with an order or damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads and online courses, digital items are generally non-refundable once access or file downloading has commenced, except in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases or Technical Errors: Full refunds or account credits will be issued in the event of accidental duplicate payments or unresolvable technical delivery issues.
Paddle Purchases & Statutory Consumer Rights: For digital orders processed through Paddle, refund requests are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws. If you reside in a jurisdiction with mandatory statutory withdrawal periods (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), you may request a refund provided the digital product has not yet been downloaded or accessed.- Exchanges & Vouchers: If an incorrect digital product is purchased by mistake before downloading, contact us to have the credit transferred to another item or issued as a store voucher.
Digital Products & License Agreement
Digital assets (images, vector files, e-books, and audio downloads) are delivered in standard formats (such as ZIP, PDF, JPG, or MP3) and made available in the Account > Downloads section of your account immediately upon order completion.
Downloads include generous access parameters (unlimited downloads without expiration) for your personal account use.
Commercial / Extended Rights: For commercial licensing, customization, or extended permissions, please select the appropriate Commercial License or contact Nathalie Strassburg.
Usage Terms: Unless explicitly licensed otherwise, digital files are provided for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., study, personal wall art, greeting cards, coloring, or educational teaching aids).
Custom Services & Commercial Usage
Custom file requests, extended artwork usage, tattoo permissions, and bespoke digital licensing directly support the ongoing creation of Intuitive Geometry artwork, free educational resources, books, online courses, and music projects.
